Golfers: 11:15am Arrive at Hallmark Hotel, Bar Hill, Cambridge CB23 8EU for Coffee/Tea Bacon Rolls and collect your Welcome Pack. Tee off times are booked for 12:03, 12:12 and 12:21. Price to pay on the day is £20 to the Golf Pro.
All attendees: Parking facilities – Familiarise yourself with Car Parking facilities. It is very expensive to park in the City Centre. Park and Ride areas present much cheaper options. Suggest Trumpington Park and Ride, 43 Hauxton Rd, Cambridge CB2 9FT as this is out of town towards our destination on Wednesday, IWM Duxford, but Madingley Road is also an option.

would normally (no need to say ‘booked in my name’ etc.) There is no deposit
paid at the Eagle. Tipping at your discretion.
Tuesday 3rd September:
IWM Duxford CB22 4QR at 11am for Self-guided tour. We check in under a Group Booking Number 574000719. Only need this if you arrive later than the main group. If possible, double-up in cars (saves on environment and parking spaces at Duxford). It has been confirmed that we will have an introductory talk on arrival in the Airspace Exhibition Hangar and then you are free to tour on your own and leave as you wish.
All attendees: Reunion Dinner 6pm for 6:30pm – St John’s Chop House 21-24 Northampton St, Cambridge CB3 0AD.
Dress Code: Smart Casual – Gentlemen, CVI Ties on display if you have one! Ladies, whatever makes you feel comfortable!
Order your meal (as per your pre-order) and pay as you would normally (no need to say ‘booked in my name’ etc.) You have paid £10pp deposit to the Chop House. This amount will be deducted from your final bill, (total price dependant on your Meal choices) which you will settle along with any other refreshments on the night. Note: Service Charge will be added automatically to your bill.
Wednesday 4th September: Check out from your accommodation and depart at your leisure.
